Uponor Expands Representation into Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean with VMS
“With this new partnership, we’re well positioned to educate a new market that has very little exposure to PEX products and systems,” says Bill Gray, vice president, Uponor Sales. “VMS is well known for supporting project work and will help us pursue opportunities that are ideal for our radiant heating and cooling, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems.” Founded in 2008, VMS has more than 60 years of staff sales experience in the industry and prides itself on promoting quality brands with knowledgeable training and customer support. The company is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Caribbean chapter, helping to promote sustainable building solutions. “Uponor is the leader in PEX-based plumbing and radiant heating and cooling systems, so this partnership fits right in with our strategy to promote world-class, high-quality lines,” says Juan Carlos (J.C.) Robaina, principal at VMS. “There is boundless potential to create new markets for Uponor in our emerging economies, and we are looking forward to the opportunities this new partnership will bring.” Uponor, Inc. is a leading supplier of plumbing, fire safety, and radiant heating and cooling systems for the residential and commercial building markets in the United States.
